Initiate a Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the joinery items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Item
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging; items must be in unused, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule Collection
For larger timber pieces, we will coordinate a specialized courier pickup, while smaller hardware items can be sent back via our prepaid shipping labels.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
